Why I Started My Private Practice Supporting New Moms in Austin
When I became a mother, everything shifted—personally, emotionally, and professionally. Navigating the intense, beautiful, and often overwhelming early months of postpartum opened my eyes to how deeply underserved new moms are when it comes to mental health. My own experience with the highs and lows of early motherhood was a turning point. It inspired me to start a private therapy practice in Austin focused on maternal mental health, postpartum depression and anxiety, and supporting moms through the complex transition into parenthood.
Allow me to introduce myself.
