You’re a great mom. You just need support.

Postpartum anxiety, mom rage, and the weight of motherhood are real and you don’t have to carry it alone.

Emily Bray, LCSW offers in-person and online therapy for moms in Austin, TX.

Does this sound like you?

You love your child more than anything, yet you’re still struggling. That’s not a contradiction. That’s motherhood.

  • You can't quiet the worry, even when everything is technically fine.

  • You're losing your patience faster than you'd like — and feeling guilty about it.

  • You're exhausted, but you can't sleep even when the baby does.

  • You don't feel like yourself since becoming a mom.

  • You're carrying grief from pregnancy loss, infertility, or a birth that didn't go as planned.

  • You're doing everything right and still feel like it's not enough.

If any of this resonates, you don’t have to figure it out by yourself.

Meet Emily

Emily Bray is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Austin, TX — and a twin mom herself. When her identical twin daughters were born, everything she knew about parenting as a professional became deeply personal. She experienced firsthand what it feels like to navigate the joy, the exhaustion, the worry, and the moments where you wonder if you're doing any of it right.

That experience shapes every session.

Before opening her private practice, Emily spent a decade as a social worker, working with children and families across schools, nonprofits, and state agencies. This gave her valuable experience to work with complex families facing big problems.

Her clients describe her as direct, supportive, and genuinely funny — someone who can hold space for the hard stuff while also reminding you that you're more capable than you think.
